About This Project

While working at Nymus3D together with Prof. Marion De Jong of Department of Nuclear Medicine, Erasmus MC we made an animation that depicts the application of radiolabeled peptides for targeted therapy; 177Lu-DOTA-octreotate emits gamma and beta particle radiation, the peptide molecules bind somatostatin receptors on tumor cells and can be applied for both tumor imaging and radionuclide therapy.

I provided the model, shading, lighting, animation and composition on all the shots. Animated in Maya, rendered in mental ray and composited in After Effects.
